In fairness of our guests and staff, lengthy appointments over 3 hours require a deposit due to the amount of time booked in the schedule. Cancelling or rescheduling are to be done prior to 48 hours of your appointment, otherwise you will forfeit your deposit and must place another deposit when rebooking with us.
